I’m a professional makeup artist with over 12 years of experience working with clients in the retail, editorial and bridal industries. I have also been a licensed esthetician for 9 years where I've performed facials, full body waxing and lash extensions in various salon and spa settings. One of my favorite things about this field is truly helping people feel confident in their own skin. My approach to beauty is skill-based, skin-focused, and always personalized, because no two faces (or skin types) are the same. I firmly believe an excellent artist can work on all skin types and tones and I am proud to have the skillset to service anyone who sits in my chair.
In addition to my background in artistry and skincare, I am also a certified traditional herbalist with hands-on experience growing and working with medicinal plants, crafting herbal formulas, and working with clients to help balance their wellness. My background in herbalism and gardening gives me a deeper, practical understanding of plants; from nurturing them in the ground to using them thoughtfully in everyday wellness and beauty routines. I've recently adopted a new role as a skincare formulator within a research and development laboratory which aligns with my deep passion for integrating traditional plant medicine with modern technologies to bridge the gap between hollistic care and scientific developments within the beauty and wellness industry.
Outside of my professional life I am a wife and mother to two boys who keep my life busy and my heart full. I love to be outdoors working in my garden, going on nature walks with my children or losing track of time in one of my various hobbies. Creativity truly drives every aspect of my life.
